*Lift hands up & out on both sides up above the head & in front of face so the hands look like you’re praying
*Slap hands on legs again & bring them up into an ox jaw shape
*Have hands fly like a bird
*Bring hands in front of you & into you
*Flip hands over & put them back out in front of you & out to the sides
*Put hands in front of you & snap out
Circle hands around & make an L-shaped thing
Get into a horse stance & spear hands down into an X-block
Lift hands up * rake hands out to the sides
Do that again & get into a lower horse stance
Get into a lower horse stance & punch hands down into double punches& lift them up into a ku kao triangle
Spear both hands to the high left & to the low right & flip them over & to the high left
Do the last step once more
Left elbow smash & cat claw to the right
Right elbow smash & cat claw to the left
Double punch (right then left)
Draw hand up to a high right spear

Get into a right forward & right inverted ridge hand
Lift claw up & then down
Left punch & right elbow & left punch
Flamingo
Right inverted ridge hand to the front in a forward stance
Left punch & right elbow & left punch
Right high shuto & slap leg & get into a horse stance & right cat claw
Left high shuto & slap the leg & get into a horse stance & left cat claw

Right thrust kick & spear down in a horse stance
