4. Cross left leg in front of right leg & go to a low X-stance.
5. Put arms straight out to 9:00 & strike to 3:00.
6. X-block & go to 3:00 & put left knee on the ground.
Downward block.
7. Left punch, right punch, left punch.
8 Stand up & X-block, then go into a left high dragon while
left outward & right downward block.
9. Right high dragon & right reciprocated outward block &
left reciprocating downward block.
10. Bring right foot into a cat stance, then make a rolling cat
claw towards 3:00.
11 Chicken thrust kick then X-stance & rolling back fist.
12 Still in X-stance, left rising block & right downward block.
13 Keep left rising block & right downward block in place
& go to the left back oblique.
14 Right vertical punch & keep left hand in a rising block.
15 Right lobo & back fist (moving left hand into whole position).
16 Check then left side kick.
17 Step up & left flip kick then right spinning hook.
18 Go to left knee & spiraling cobra. Left back stance &
left parry.
19 Spear to left oblique in a forward stance.
20 Right rake. Then right forward stance & pivot palm heel.
Left side kick.
21 Put right knee on ground & spin to the left & right
downward punch on the left knee.
22 Slap the knees with both hands & put them on the ground.
Then switch to the left knee
23 Right shadow drop back kick.
24 Stand up facing 12:00 & circle arms to 12:00 & double
shuto.
25 Left back stance & check. Right crescent & left crescent.
26 Go to right knee & tiger rake with both hands.
27 Spin around to the other knee & right shuto & left
punch.
28 Right high dragon & left hand out & right hand down.
29 Switch to a left high dragon. X-stance & downward X-block.
30 Grab & throw in a horse stance.
31 Left flamingo. Right crescent & right spinning crescent.
32 ? Right X-stance & right elbow smash.
33 Left forward & left shuto & right punch.
34 Horse stance & jump. Right block with left hand under fighting
hand.
35 Fighting bow.
36 Bow.
