1.Cross hands in front, end in open hand downward
wedge block.
2. Look left, look right, look left.
3. Left Rising Block to 9 o'clock, drop to right knee and Right
Punch.
4. Right Low High Flip Kick, land in Left Back Stance and Left
Check to 3 o'clock.
5. Right Low High Flip Kick to 3 o'clock, Cross left behind
right and Double Outward Shuto.
6. Step left foot out to 12 o'clock, Left Shuto and then Right
Punch.
7. Wrap back up to 3 o'clock, step left foot out to 12 o'clock,
Left Shuto and then Right Punch.
8, Step into Tiger Tails facing 9 o'clock.
9. Slide right foot back to left, chamber on hips.
10. Step into Right Forward Stance and grab, and through counter
clockwise.
11. Jump and spin check to 12 o'clock.
12. Left Shuto Right Punch to 9 o'clock.
13. Half steps and Right Shuto Left punch to 3 o'clock.
14. Measure to 12 o'clock, Right Chop, Switch feet.
15. Chicken Kick, Forward roll, landing with right knee on ground.
16. X Block, Wedge Block, double grab and puch twice.
17. Circle up while standing up.
18. Bow.
