Q: What is Cardio Kickboxing? Is it like
Tae Bo?
A: Cario Kickboxing is a high intense workout which improves your
overall health. You may have seen Tae Bo around, but this
is the best workout and you get to train with an instructor!
Q: What is appropriate to wear for working
out?
A: T-shirts, Shorts, sweatpants, etc.. Anything that you would
normally work out in.
Q: What type of workout can I expect?
A: A high energy, fat burning, cardio vascular workout.
Q: How much does it cost?
A: Each class is $4 unless purchasing a card. You can find
the updated prices on the "price page"
and various special promotions.
Q: Are there different levels like beginning,
intermedia, and advance classes?
A: No, it is all one class, but each individual can go at his/her
own pace. Remember, you are there to improve your own body.
Q: Where are the classes held?
A: All the cardio classes are held on the main dojo floor.
There is ample room to fit many people.
Q: How long are the classes?
A: Classes usually last for 1 to 1.5 hours. You do NOT have
to stay for the entire class, but it is beneficial if you do.
Q: How soon will I start to notice improvements?
A: After the first class you will feel your muscles burning.
This is toning them up as well as decreasing body fat around them.
Q: Who are the instructors?
A: This answer can be found out by going to the "instructor

Q: Do you have any discounts such as military/student/family?
A: Every few months we have specials on cardio passes. Updated
info is found on the "specials
page". Everyone who would like to attend cardio
is qualified to receive a discount.
Q: Are there drinks available so I don't
get dehydrated?
A: Yes, Gatorade and Water are available at the front desk for
$1 a piece.
Q: Can this help me with Self-Defense?
A: Yes, Cardi Kickboxing helps improve fitness as well as self
confidence. You may not fully understand the movements of
the workout, but they can be applied for self defense techniques.
Q: Who attends cardio kickboxing?
A: Anyone who has the desire to stay in shape.
